Returns & Exchange

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the order date
  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

  • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • International orders (outside US) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label
  • Email us (support@caseles.com) with your tracking number and pictures attached of the received item/package and detailed information to describe the issue. Your request will be processed and confirmed via email on working days usually within 72 hours.

EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING

  • Merchandise must be exchanged within 60 days of the order date
  • Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days after we've received the exchanged item
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Pre-paid return labels are sent, free of charge, for all exchanges (US Only)
  • International orders (outside US) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label
  • An order can only be exchanged once

COUPON CODES

  • If you forget to apply a discount code at checkout we are able to apply the discount code only up to 12 hours after placing the order
  • Only one code can be used on a purchase
  • Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been shipped
