All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Once your package heads out, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Don’t worry, this is completely normal! Once the carrier receives the package, it typically takes 1-3 business days for the system to scan the label and update the status. If you see "Pending" or "Label Created," just check back in a day or two!

If your package is "In Transit" but the date hasn't changed, the carrier might be facing a slight delay or the package is moving between sorting hubs. If there’s no movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to us and we’ll track it down for you.

Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early or leave them in a secure spot. Before contacting us, please:

  • Wait 3 business days (they often show up late!).
  • Check with neighbors or building management.
  • Confirm your shipping address in your order confirmation.
