Kindly note that the delivery guide below is for reference only. The below delivery time are calculated by using business days and delays maybe caused by force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control.
Reminder: The estimated delivery time is a general guide and does not apply to the certain remote areas.
United States:
Process Time: 1-3 Business Days; Shipping Time: 3-6 Business Days.
Please note that the above timelines for shipping apply to the 48 contiguous states only.
Orders shipped to HAWAII and ALASKA on shipping have an estimated 2-4 week delivery period.
Orders shipped to MILITARY BASES on shipping have an estimated 4 week delivery period.
Other countries (excluding the US)：
Process Time: 1-3 Business Days; Shipping Time: 5-10 Business Days.

Note
The shipping time mentioned does not include the processing time of the order. Order processing time usually takes 1-3 business days, but it only takes 1-2 business days for overseas warehouse orders.
The delivery cost depends on the weight of the product, the origin, the destination, the delivery method and warehouses, and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from 2 to 3 business days for tracking to start showing information. Once the package gets taken from us, it travels to the DE-Frankfurt logistics center, where it gets scanned and starts updating tracking status, and it is not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.
